This reflective heat shield tape withstands 1100°F
continuous radiant heat and 500°F of direct
contact. The reflective heat shield tape cuts easily
and installation is simple with our high temperature
self adhesive backing.
**TIP** If you are looking to protect
fairings, be sure there is some air flow through the
compartment. If you don't have any airflow, Heatshield
Products, Inc. strongly recommends you wrap the exhaust
in conjunction with the heat shield tape. Without
airflow you might run the risk of diverting heat to
another location and possibly cause another problem.
