Making the Most of Your Car Sound Barrier
The db Sniper™ car sound barrier insulation sheet is designed to be installed on flat or gently curved surfaces, such as floor pans, firewalls, trunk floors, package trays, rear panels of truck cabs, and the trunk/cargo area. The neoprene layer creates an “air-spring” that floats on the dense layer of vinyl, creating a “floating sound shield” that prevents high-energy sound waves from passing through.
To install this sound barrier to your car, measure the sheet carefully and cut to size before affixing with adhesive spray to a clean and degreased surface.
