Extreme flexibility makes it ideal for many applications. Use this heat shield cloth and radiant heat barrier to protect paint from blistering on body panels. It may also be used to shield radiant heat from floor boards and fire walls. This thermal barrier works best if it can be placed underneath the vehicle, stopping heat at the source. Place aluminized side towards the source of radiant heat to shield heat away. This product withstands 1100°F of radiant heat and up to 500°F of direct heat.
