Finally custom color exhaust wrap for your custom bike! These ceramic colored exhaust rolls are the perfect exhaust insulating wrap for your motorcycle, go cart, or quad. It also adds to rider comfort, by reducing burns caused by exhaust pipes coming in direct contact with your legs and can even protect fairings from melting. By wrapping the exhaust system it maintains hotter exhaust gases, decreases the density, and allows the exhaust gas to exit the system faster! Greater exhaust scavenging is produced and lowers intake temperatures: that equals more horsepower. Our exhaust wrap withstand 1200°F continuous and 2000°F intermittent. Our custom exhaust heat wrap can be fastened with Thermal-Tie™, hose clamps, or wire.

  • It is not advised you pressure wash the exhaust wrap after it is installed.

  • May require re-jetting of carburetors


PLEASE NOTE: Your exhaust wrap will smoke after installation, it will eventually stop. Smoke is a normal by product of the curing process; your wrap will not burst into flames.  HP Color Exhaust Wrap will discolor after installation and turn brown, this is a normal part of the color coating curing process. The brown color will disappear, intervals will vary with exhaust temperatures. Cooler burning exhaust systems can take up to 5 days of normal use before the color coat completely cures, hotter exhaust systems may take only 30 minutes.
