A removable exhaust jacket system could be the solution you need for that industrial plant or power generation generator application. Using a custom heat shield system, can reduce engine proximity temperatures by as much as 70%. We offer solutions for new installations, re-powers for a tier 4 generator, and even a replacement system for old worn-out jackets. These heat resistant wraps are removable and easily fastened into place with variety of fastening systems. We can even make a hook and loop style flap in some applications. Temperature ranges including 1000°F, 1500°F, to 2000°F continuous! Thickness range from 0.25 inches thick up to 3 inches thick. We offer safe bio-friendly soltuions.
