Cost Effective Without Sacrificing Performance

Heatshield Armor is a rugged exhaust heat shield insulation system that acts as a hybrid between traditional exhaust jackets and all metal heat shields. All metal heat shields have a longer lifespan in hazardous driving conditions but are outperformed by removable textile jackets. Heatshield Armor threads the needle between thermal reduction and rugged capabilities.

Able to be configured as custom production pieces and available as universal kits to easily be deployed to on mission operations. Heatshield Armor is more cost effective than metal heat shields and outperforms them in radiant heat reduction. With the BioCool™ bio-soluble insulation and rugged outer layer the Armor creates a better “thermal break” compared to all metal shields. Easily configured, kits can be used in the field to make repairs. Reducing downtime and keeping all mission systems performing in peak operation ready condition.

Printable - Color Change is a Coating Away

This exhaust heat shield can also be coated to increase its camouflaging capabilities. Any off the shelf exhaust or engine paint will work to add that extra layer of stealth to your next mission.

Applications:

  • Armored vehicles
  • Vessels
  • Power generation
  • Drones
