Heat Stabilized Industrial Zip Ties

The Hot Rod Ties are the perfect solution for organizing and cleaning up your engine bay. These heat-stabilized, heavy duty zip ties are designed to secure engine bay wiring, heat shield sleeving, cables, and other items that produce less heat. Although they can withstand higher heat than other products, there are limits to what they can endure. With a heat resistance of up to 220 degrees F, these car zip ties should not be used directly on a heat source. The Hot Rod Ties are a practical solution for those looking to tidy up their engine bay while maintaining quality.

Rated for 220F continuous. One-piece construction. Select from varying lengths, including short, medium, and long zip ties

How strong are zip ties?

Heavy duty zip ties are designed to be stronger and more durable than standard zip ties. Depending on the exact specifications, zip ties can have a tensile strength of 30 to 100 pounds and more.

Can these ties be placed directly onto a heat source?

No, they cannot. Though the Hot Rod Ties are high-temperature zip ties, they are meant to secure wires, hoses, cables, and more near a heat source at or below 220°F.
